Foreshore Marine Exhaust began manufacturing fibreglass marine mufflers in Sydney in 1992, designed by company director and shipwright Brad Gorman.
Since then, more than 20,000 units have been manufactured and supplied , with Foreshore Marine Exhaust systems used on vessels throughout Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific , Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore , China , USA , Europe , UK and UAE.

We specialise in the defence industry providing 3D CAD designs through to turn key systems for many foreign governments as well as High Speed Ferries , Crew Transfer Vessels , Oil & Gas Rig tenders , Multi Roll Vessels, right through to Super Yachts.
Our experience spans an extensive range of vessels including high-speed ferries, tug boats, super yachts, pleasure boats, game fishing boats, catamarans, monohulls, trawlers, ships and specialist commercial vessels.
We have worked across jet drives, V-drives, stern drives, surface-piercing drives, underwater exhausts and conventional shaft drives, including complex installations involving high-horsepower marine engines.

Built to Perform
Innovation has been at the heart of Foreshore Marine Exhaust since 1992. From heavy duty vinyl epoxy piping and mufflers through to our own range of silicone hoses which are softer and longer than any others available, even our stainless steel hose clamps are custom designed to outperform the competition. Our exhaust risers and mixers are manufactured to LR class using only 316 L pipe or Inconel.
We have pioneered internal cooling technology to maintain low wet exhaust temperatures at prolonged low engine speeds especially suited to V8, V10, V12 & V16 high speed marine engines. Using LR, DNV & BV approved materials , using LR & BV class welders, every system is designed with performance , reliability and the demands of the marine environment in mind.
