Foreshore Marine Exhaust specialises in the design, consultancy and manufacture of custom high-speed marine exhaust systems, providing complete solutions from initial design through to manufacture and installation support.
With decades of specialist experience, we also provide fault finding, exhaust diagnosis and solutions for complex marine installations across recreational, commercial and high-performance vessels.

01 / Design
We design technically advanced custom exhaust systems to suit the specific vessel, engine configuration and application.
Our experience includes V6, V8, V10, V12, V16 and V20 marine engines, with systems designed for engines and generators ranging from 6 KVA - 500 KVA.

02 / Consultancy
We work with clients, boat builders and marine architects from the early stages to ensure the exhaust system is right from the outset.
Early engagement helps identify potential issues, reduce risk and avoid costly changes later in the process.

03 / Custom Manufacture
We manufacture complete custom marine exhaust solutions from the engine through to overboard discharge.
Our capabilities include fibreglass marine mufflers, lightweight full-bore exhaust pipe and full-radius bends, stainless steel high risers, stainless steel water injectors, waterlift mufflers, inline silencers and dry exhaust mufflers and pipework.
Using 3D CAD , we can design complete turn key exhaust systems , to LR , BV or DNV classification

04 / Fault Finding & Diagnosis
Fault finding is our specialty.
We assess underperforming installations, excessive backpressure, high exhaust temperatures and other exhaust-related issues to identify the problem and develop a practical solution.

05 / Complex Installations
We specialise in technically demanding marine exhaust installations, including jet drives, V-drives, stern drives, surface-piercing drives, underwater exhausts and high-horsepower marine engines.
Our experience spans recreational and commercial vessels, from new builds and repowers through to complex existing system upgrades.
